Slaters Croydon Driving School - Terms and Conditions

Your driving instructor reserves the right to refuse driving tuition should he feel it necessary due to the pupils misconduct, ill health or if he believes that they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs (prescribed or illegal).When cancelling a driving lesson at least 48 hours noticemust be given. Failure to do so will result in the lesson being charged for at the full rate. Slaters Croydon School of Driving cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of driving lessons due to your instructors ill health, adverse weather conditions, vehicle mechanical breakdown or any unforeseen circumstances. However we will rebook your Croydon driving lesson as soon as possible / convenient.

The Croydon driving test session includes a 50 minute lesson, use of vehicle on test and return journey to place of pick up. If your driving test is cancelled by the DVSA at short notice due to shortage of staff or sickness,the full test session fee (£75) will be charged. We reserve the right to withdraw the driving school vehicle for use on a driving test if the instructor considers the student not to be at driving test standard. This is in the interest of road safety.

Payment should be made by cash or cheque (cheques should be made payable to your Croydon driving instructor). Block booking fees should be paid in advance and individual lesson fees should be paid at the start of each lesson.
